Be Your Own Hero - A Creative Storytelling & Ai Art Adventure (Ages 8-12 / 90 MINS)
This workshop introduces children to the foundations of storytelling in a fun, creative, and highly collaborative environment. Students learn core story elements, including heroes, villains, plot, and setting, while co-creating a shared story together.
<br><br>Led by Professor Dr. BumbleBrain, a playful, in-character storytelling professor who guides sessions with humor and encouragement, helping kids feel relaxed and excited to share their ideas.
<br><br>Children begin exploring simple prompting exercises, discovering how descriptive language shapes story development and AI-generated illustrations. Public speaking is introduced through coached story sharing, helping students build confidence as they present their ideas.<br><br>Children participate verbally and creatively with the facilitator, there is no typing, and kids do not use AI tools directly. All technology is guided by the facilitator in a safe, age-appropriate way, while children focus on creativity, collaboration, and expressing their ideas.
AI StoryLab: 5-Day Creative Storytelling & Young Authors Camp (Ages 8–12)
AI StoryLab is a 5-day immersive creative camp where kids become Storytellers, Character Designers, and World Builders, turning imagination into illustrated storybooks while gaining a gentle introduction to AI literacy.<br><br>Our camp begins with human creativity first. Through guided discussions and creative prompts, students generate their own ideas before learning how AI can help visualize their imagination, turning concepts into beautifully illustrated digital storybooks. As the week progresses, children move from adapting existing stories to creating original books, building confidence in storytelling, collaboration, and AI prompting along the way.<br><br>By the end of the week, each child will co-create a group story and author their own illustrated digital book. Students also learn how creative work can be shared and published, gaining a glimpse of entrepreneurship as their stories appear in the MyCocoz online store. Each child receives a Young Author Certificate and a keepsake print copy of their creations.
AI Art & Kamishibai Storytelling - A Parent-Child Journey (Ages 4-7/ 60 MINS)
In this interactive workshop, young children become the storytellers, guided by parents and the facilitator. Families create a simple, exciting story with heroes, villains, and adventures through hands-on activities and guided AI image creation. Led by Professor Dr. BumbleBrain, a playful, in-character storytelling professor who guides sessions with humor and encouragement, helping kids feel relaxed and and excited to share their ideas.
<br><br>The session includes a Kamishibai Japanese picture-card storytelling experience, fostering imagination, listening, and emotional connection to storytelling.<br><br>Children participate verbally and creatively with the facilitator, there is no typing, and kids do not use AI tools directly. All technology is guided by the facilitator in a safe, age-appropriate way, while children focus on creativity, collaboration, and expressing their ideas. A fun way for families to bond while exploring storytelling together.<br>
